Hopewell Villa was probably the best place we have stayed thru VRBO. Communication with Ken was amazing. He responded rt away to questions I had, etc. Our check-in went very smoothly and given a little tour and walk thru property. The house was spotless; outdoor pool clean with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture. Plenty of cooking supplies, pots, pans, etc if you choose to prepare meals at the house. The beach equipment was in great working order with umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach floats and cooler. House is very private in a quiet neighborhood about a 20 minute walk to the beach/resorts; 5 min drive to Grace Bay beach and shopping area. We rented a car and had no problem parking at any of the beaches. Everything was just great and highly recommend staying here. We hope to return some day!!

This villa is an absolute gem and honestly exceeded our expectations. The property is exceptionally well-built and well-appointed, offering far more creature comforts than you typically find in Caribbean rentals. We were pleasantly surprised by the "little things" that make a big difference—like having ample towels and pillows, and actually having enough spare toilet paper and kitchen towels to last the entire week!Even with the sun hitting 94F, the building’s design kept everything incredibly quiet and cool. The kitchen is a dream for those who like to cook, featuring a full-size stove, oven, refrigerator, and a large dishwasher and sink. Outside, the covered patio has a newer, very clean gas grill, and the pool is the perfect size for a small family or a few adults to lounge in.The location couldn't be better—extremely convenient to local restaurants and beaches. We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood, and the private electric gate added an extra layer of security and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

The Hopewell Villa West was a perfect, central location to check out all that Providenciales has to offer. It was a quick 15 minute walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach. Coco Bistro/Cocovan is about a 10 min walk. The 2 bedrooms are good sized, and the 2 bathrooms are sufficient as well with a large supply of linens, even pool towels! The Villa was clean and had all the amenities a traveler would need (dishwasher, washer/dryer and a well stocked kitchen). The beach chairs and umbrellas were invaluable and used at each beach we went to and was so nice to have supplied. We did not use the snorkel gear or cooler, but also nice items to have available for use. The plunge pool is great to have to cool off after a hot day at the beach and fits 4 people perfectly. The outdoor seating areas are a great place to have morning coffee. There are 4 reclining lounge chairs with tables and a nice pergola with cushioned seating. We cooked breakfasts every morning and grilled dinner (gas grill) a couple of times as well. Ken was very responsive to any questions I had and Norman met us at the Villa and gave us a tour of the Villa and told us how everything worked. I would not hesitate to recommend Ken & Norman and this beautiful Villa!

The villa is lovely and very well maintained. The pool right out your doorstep is an added bonus!! The host is very responsive and accommodating. Upon arrival we were welcomed and assisted with our bags and groceries. I would highly recommend staying at the villa. It is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, not bad going but once it’s dark you will need to take a taxi back. Thank you to all involved in making our stay wonderful.

Everything and then some!

Ken is the best host and was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Check in was so easy and appreciated Kim’s tour of the house when we arrived. Here are some highlights: beach items such as chairs, floats cooler were provided, pool was a perfect temperature and we loved the covered pergola, everything you need in the kitchen (we made breakfast every day and appreciated the nice toaster and coffee maker), seating in the living room is comfortable for 4 adults, lots of extra towels including black towels for make up, nice toiletries, modern walk in showers with great hot water, was able to run both showers at same time with no problem, beds were comfortable, big closet and drawer space in bedrooms, walkable beaches and a safe neighborhood surrounding, great location to town
 walkable but maybe a little far for some, a car really seems necessary on the island to visit all of the beaches and worth it, air conditioning temperature was good, laundry supplies were nice to have as were all cleaning and trash supplies. Very well appointed and everything was considered. Will be booking again! Ken gave some great recommendations on restaurants and we enjoyed Coco Bistro very much. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time! Also enjoyed SiSis at the Palm
 call for reservations as well as the Turks Head brewery that had exceptional food.

EXCELLENT stay!

Property was fabulous and exactly how described on the site. Private pool was such a great bonus. 2 full bathrooms were perfect for 5 women getting ready every day. Host was in regular contact with us and VERY accommodating. Two thumbs up here. We will be back!

Great place, near Grace Bay and off the beaten path

We had a great stay at this spacious home. It was a lovely exercise walk in the morning right onto the sands of Grace Bay. In the afternoon we would float in the pool with a cocktail and plan our dinner, which many times we cooked or grilled out at the home. The house had everything we needed for our extended stay and the icing on the cake was the snorkeling equipment and beach chairs that were provided. Beds were comfy, sheets were soft, neighborhood was quiet and well lit. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations. It made our first visit to Turks easy and very memorable. We would definitely book this villa again.

Communication Needs Improvement

Pros: Good Location, good showers, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and a nice shady area with cushions where you can relax or read a book.Cons: Communication is poor. Pool staff and gardeners would just appear in your yard with no notice. The door code was changed from the one provided before our arrival. When the hydro was out, the electric gate would not open, so we could not get in. Also multiple days passed, and multiple requests were made before someone came to fix the safe. They tried once, didn’t fix it and never returned. The best communication method we have found, is to create a group on WhatsApp, including the landlord, tenant, and property manager. Any party can enter something, all parties are copied and can respond when it will be addressed, and when the issue is resolved.Other landlords have provided via email, a PDF document including all of the above and more, at least two days before we leave, so we can familiarize ourselves, and also have the document handy on our phone. The landlord owed us some money. He said, I quote “I will give CAD in cash once you arrive at the property.” It was not there. After 3 weeks I reminded him and his reply was, and I quote “It was arranged for the CAD to be left for you on the day that you checked out.” He did send his representative over with money. I would have appreciated if he had replied he forgot, apologized and sent over the money. it would have been a non issue. Read your own email

Ken is an amazing host!!! He checked in periodically with me before and after arrival to make sure all was well. The home is clean and beautiful! The pictures are completely accurate. Ken's suggestions for activities/dining were great! I throughly enjoyed my birthday stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Great stay!

The property was very well kept and clean. We were a family of 5 and were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the outdoor equipment, such as the chairs and umbrellas, plenty for all of us to use. The home is very close to Gracebay, the main shopping strip in Providenciales, and other beaches. We rented the owner’s van and we’re able to visit quite a few beaches in the vicinity. Our stay was a little under a week, but very pleasurable thanks to having this Hopewell villa as our base. Thank you, Ken and Norman for the hospitality! Hope to come down for a new trip soon!

Excellence in Grace Bay

My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 8 - 16) had a great stay @ Ken's place in Grace Bay. The neighborhood is very nice and a short walk or drive to Grace Bay beaches and restaurants. The property was clean and well appointed, and Ken provided a very comprehensive guidebook for the island. It's clear they care about making their guests feel welcome & want them to have a great time. We especially enjoyed the plunge pool, private grounds, and covered deck. The outdoor shower was great for our return trips to the beach. The air conditioners worked well and kept us very comfortable. Some of our favorite spots on the island were Coco Bistro and Coco Van, Taylor Bay beach (beautiful and secluded), Omars Beach Hut, & Bay Bistro (beachfront dining) in Grace Bay. We had coffees most mornings from Lemon 2 Go or Beans & Leaves. And we had a great kayak trip with Turks Adventures and a charter boat w/ Okeanos.

Turk & Caicos Vacation

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Turks and Caicos. The house was about a mile walk from town and the beach. We rented a jeep was great because then we could explore the island and go to different beach each day. It also allowed us to visit different restaurants on the island. The was stocked with plenty kitchen utensils, towels and bedding. There were a couple beach chairs, snorkel and fin sets and beach umbrellas. The pool was good for cooling off. The outdoor space was great for lounging and hanging out. When we had a gate issue, they were very responsive to getting it fixed.

Beautiful, private villa—excellent location.

This was our second time staying at the Hopewell Villas. We absolutely loved the privacy of this unit
secured with an electronic gate and surrounded with beautiful plants and flowers. We had coffee outside every morning to watch the sun rise by the pool, went for runs to exercise in what feels like a residential neighborhood, and took advantage of the villa’s close proximity to the island beaches and restaurants. It’s right around the corner from Cocovan which we frequented many evenings before going into town for the nightlife. The inside of the villa is incredibly clean and beautifully and simply decorated. Having two bathrooms was very convenient and the indoor washer and dryer are game changers in general and for light packers. Both times we stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed every minute. We will be back!!

RUN do not walk to Hopewell Villa

Just returned from the first trip to Turks and all I can say is if you’re considering this gorgeous island, Hopwell Villa is a must! The house is clean, comfortable and the property is so nice! The pool area was perfect and the location to Grace Bay and the beaches was ideal. The owners are THE best! Always attentive and so communicative
concerned for our well being and happiness. They went above and beyond with suggestions for things to do and helped make some requests come to fruition! Poolside massages with Georgette and our private dinner with Chef Derek and our butter Anthony were divine. Ken is a wonderful human and host!! You will not regret booking with him and leave Turks like you made new friends!!

Great stay!

The house is provisioned with everything imaginable! Owners have gone to great lengths to consider everything for a wonderful vacation: beach chairs, mask and snorkel, full kitchen with lots of pans, and tools to cook, containers to store food, blue tooth speaker, towels galore, soaps, drier sheets, instructions for eating out and fun things to do, etc. Very good home layout with 2 bedrooms/baths, washer dryer. I wasn't aware that greater than 2 people require an additional charge. When we last-minute added one, I didn't know to alert the owner. But he was most gracious and kind in letting me know. We visited February 2024 with mid 70s temps so the unheated pool was of no use to us. I was disappointed with that, but the outdoor space is exceptional and we enjoyed the cabana area quite a bit. I recommend this property and the attentive owners who were a delight to work with.
