The apartment was perfect for our overnight stay. Every room was pristine clean. There were nice clean towels and soap laid out at the end of each bed which was a nice welcoming touch. I would definitely stay over this same place again and would recommend. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with this stay. The listing is completely misleading - it says it sleeps 6, but there’s only one bedroom with two beds and a dirty old couch in the living room that isn’t even a pull-out, so not 3 beds like the listing advertised. Definitely not enough sleeping space for what was advertised. The blue couch pictured on the listing isn’t even the couch provided. It’s also a good thing we had traveled quite a distance and brought blankets and a pillow in the car because there wasn’t even enough bedding (none for the couch which I’m assuming was supposed to be the 3rd “bed”). The bathroom was disgusting - the shower didn’t drain, so every person had to stand in inches of dirty water from the previous shower. The tub looked so filthy I didn’t even feel comfortable bathing my 4 month old in it, so I had to wash her in the kitchen sink instead, which had barely any water pressure. The entire place had a bad smell and was really stuffy. We tried to use the window unit air conditioner just to get some air flowing, and it doesn’t even work. Between the smell, the lack of airflow, the overall uncleanliness, and the misleading listing, it was honestly miserable. This place needs a deep cleaning, a serious update and an honest listing description before it should be rented out again. I wish I had trusted the previous reviews more, because they never even fixed the issues that were previously reported to them. This was definitely not worth the money.

So bad, we left a day early and god a hotel.

This was my first Vrbo.. I have to say I was very disappointed in this rental. It was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The sower did not drain, there was paint peeling everywhere, the doorknob looked like it was about to fall off. There’s 3 flights of very steep stairs, if my family were not as athletic as we are, I don’t know if we’d be able to even go up them. Using the oven and it was filthy, not too mention the door completely fell apart while I was using the it
 I was charged a cleaning fee to a filthy room. I was also charged 69 dollars for my service dog
 wasn’t given a reason
 just because I guess.. even though it’s a federal violation of the disabilities act if 1990.to ever charge a fee for a service animal

I read previous reviews from the flat so i had some idea what i was going to find. The property was very clean, you can see that was old and painted over but it was very clean indeed. It was on the top floor. The parking was great, like inside the property so i didnt park on the street. There were several convenient Latino stores around (walking distance) where i could find itens to cook with. There were a few Latino restaurants but i didnt explore them. I spent only 1 day because of Johnson & Wales University open house and it was fairly close like less then 10 min away. The communication with the property manager was great, i misread their emails and sent just my id, on the road i was worried and called them. The lady explained to me she needed everyone id. My daughter sent to them and in minutes they send confirmation and instructions fir the flat. I really appreciate their cooperation and understanding and fast response. I am sure to rent again next time we visit JWU. Thank you.

Needs cleaning and attention to details

The kitchen was polished, dishes clean and the sheets clean, bathroom appeared clean but the place was grimmy. We found a jar of baby food between cushions in the couch, hair elastics, socks. The carpets are frayed and dirty. The floors have a layer of dirt. The window casing are sticky and dirty, the lock on the kitchen window does not work. The coffee maker water dispenser had a film over the water, we did not use it. The shower curtain rod was not placed properly and fell. The front door handle with the lock was very loose, felt as though our belongings were not entirely safe when we were out. Stairwell leading to the apartment needed cleaning. Location was good, loud neighborhood but expected in a city. Parking and access key were great, hosts were timely in responses. This was reviewed with the host who said he is committed to enhancing his service.
