This top floor apartment is the perfect place to explore Providence with friends or family. There are three separate private bedroom sleeping areas plus a twin trundle and living room futon. No matter where you choose to lay your head you’re sure to have a great night’s sleep.

The largest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and features nightstands that easily allow device charging with USB or electric. It is close to the full bathroom with walk-in shower and features a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Black out curtains insure a great night sleep.

The second bedroom has one double bed with a closet for luggage storage. All bedrooms have plenty of pillows and outlets to charge devices.

The third bedroom has full size day bed with a twin trundle underneath should an extra guest appear. The charming round windowed area features a cozy chair and laptop table in case you need to check in at the office.

With three bedrooms plus a futon and trundle bed, the whole family can enjoy the visit.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped and accessible to the rest of the apartment for easy entertaining. Our unit is close to great restaurants but don’t hesitate to shop at gourmet markets whip up your favorite meals or try new ones from the cookbooks featuring area favorites. .

The cozy living room space is perfect of an intimate gathering of friends or comfortable for a work/play experience allowing you to enjoy the historic neighborhood and its eclectic culture. This area is perfect for relaxing after a long day, so make yourselves at home as you curl up on the comfy sofa and stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV. You could also borrow a book, puzzle, or card game from our collection! Sip a glass of wine or virtually chat with family and friends.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including two assigned parking spaces in the on premises lot. Please make yourself at home! Wifi is available at high-speed to allow easy device use and streaming.

Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Treat our apartment with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Please note that the property is in an urban neighborhood and comes with two on premise assigned parking spaces. Onstreet parking is limited. Overnight on street parking requires a resident’s permit. Please inquire if a guest permit is available.

House rules acknowledgment, a list of guests, and a copy of the renter's photo id may be required upon booking. No pets are permitted to stay.

Please pay attention to the cancellation policy. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you are staying for vacation to protect your trip in the event of an unforeseen cancellation. It is inexpensive and protects your vacation investment.

Providence is an easy access city via I95 and just 20 minutes from Green Airport. Uber/Lyft are readily available as well.
