No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks. We have free parking available for 1 car in an attached driveway.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is located near Federal Hill, which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by. The laundry room is located in another section of the building and must be accessed by going outside.

The building features a shared stairwell but the apartment is exclusive for your private use. All units have access to the shared laundry unit in the basement.
