THE SPACE



This sunlit first-floor apartment combines style and function. An open-concept kitchen with island seating for four flows into a versatile living area featuring a queen sleeper sofa, mounted TV, and dedicated workspace. Down the hall, a spacious bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom provide a private retreat. Step through the sliding glass doors to your own deck with hammock seating, then through the gate to the shared backyard oasis.



Kitchen: Full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all cookware, utensils, and dishes you'll need.



Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa, mounted flat-screen TV, and sunny workspace nook with desk and chair. Natural light from the sliding glass doors creates an energizing atmosphere.

This beautifully restored building features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim. The home houses five separate short-term rental units with fully updated interiors. Your apartment is on the first floor with shared building access (main door is shared with 2nd and 3rd floor apartments).

The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Getting Around:

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.



Interaction with Guests:

​​The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use. Jennifer’s rental is conveniently located in the Federal Hill neighborhood. with so many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, check in was easy and communication was great. Great stay for a reasonable price!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a couple of days. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and on time with all the information that was needed to check in and check out! The apartment room was small but spacious and neatly arranged and clean. It was a perfect place to stay after the adventures of the day. I felt comfortable and secure and the parking included was a HUGE benefit!! Would 100% stay again as it was convenient and easy!
