Fully renovated house on Lake Murray! House has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large kitchen with a farmhouse sink and breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a private deck overlooking the lake, as well as a modern en-suite with an extra large shower. This home has so much to offer! It`s got that country charm with a farmhouse luxury feel. The home sits in a quiet cove and has a private dedicated dock slip at Dreher Island (5 minute drive). It does not have a dock on the property.
If the weather isn`t cooperating, take a seat at the bar or dive into a game of Golden Tee or Pac Man. Not a fan of lakewater but still want to swim? New in June 2024 this house will have a Pool with a large deck to enjoy.

This home, located in Prosperity, SC, is very private, quiet, and full of wildlife. The front of the home has a large deck perfect for dining and entertaining. Upon entering the home, you are met with a room that has a nice granite bar and a dining room table with seating for 8. The kitchen has additional seating and comes with a keurig and drip coffee maker. The living area has a large flat screen TV over the fireplace and two very comfortable couches for relaxing.

The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a view overlooking the lake as well as its own second story deck. This is a perfect spot for a cocktail at night after putting the kids down. The master bathroom has been renovated with new tile, sinks, and an in wall heater for the colder months.

The two bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom with a shower. The basement walks out to the lake and has a queen bedroom with a futon for sleeping 4. There is also a full bath on this level with a bathtub / shower combo.

The outdoor space is vast and gives the guests access to the cove with a firepit. In the summer months, the cove is filled. Regardless of the month, guests have access to use two kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards, which can be launched from the cove. New to 2024 the home also features a large bocce ball court. The court is lighted at night for some family competition!

Guests have full access to the entire home and the property.

Dreher Island State Park is a short golf cart ride away. Guests can explore the park, which is about 2.5 miles from the home and launch their boat from the wide boat launches at the park.

Guests will be provided a code prior to their arrival for entry into the front door.

The home is at the end of a quiet street which is perfect for long morning walks.

Guests are encouraged to bring their bikes, golf carts, and anything else they`d like to explore the local area of lake homes and country roads.

Note: The pool is not available from October 15 through March 31st. The pool is also not heated but very enjoyable in the spring and summer months.

To help make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, we offer a few convenient add-on options:
• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood packages are available for $25 (20 logs) and can be delivered right at check-in—just let us know.
• Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.)
• Beach Towel Rentals: Beach towels can be delivered before your arrival for $5 per towel. Lost towels are subject to a $20 replacement fee. Simply tell us how many you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest!

House Rules & Important Information
To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property.
• Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.
