UTV/ATV Enthusiasts Paradise! Escape to the mountains and stay in this 4 bedroom 2 bath home nestled on 100 beautiful acres, offering the ultimate retreat for trail riding enthusiasts. The property is completely private with breathtaking panoramic views of the Pine and Rarity Mountain Chains and even has it's own pond adding to it's country-side beauty. This home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it perfect for group getaways. It is centrally located between Royal Blue and Tackett Creek riding trails allowing access within minutes. Unwind in the tranquility of nature, explore scenic trails and create unforgettable memories surrounded by the beauty of the Tennessee Mountains.

The large cozy kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs, including full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave , and stove. It has a beautiful island with seating and is adjacent to the dining area that has a custom table for family dinners. There is also a table off the living room that allows seating for 4 more guests.

The living room is open concept off of the kitchen with beautiful beamed ceilings and is surrounded by windows allowing for light to fill the home and offer beautiful views while talking about your adventurous day or playing board games with the kids. The living room offers a couch, loveseat and 2 person recliner for watching movies or your favorite shows on the TV provided. Board and card games are provided for your enjoyment. It also allows access out onto the deck for a full view of the property and mountain scenery.

The home meets ADA standards that includes an inside elevator for use for those that require it.
If you have someone in your party that will require this need, advance notice will be required. Access to the elevator will not be available otherwise for security purposes. Please be considerate of the privilege to use this amenity so others in need can use for future stays.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King size bed with TV included
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen size beds with TV and fully stocked bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Off of Kitchen, perfect for kids: has 1 queen bed, with a set of twin bunks.
Bedroom 4: Downstairs, has 2 Queen beds and windows from ceiling to floor.

It also has a full size laundry room, another full size hallway bath, and a full length deck for socializing with family and friends. Outside on the deck is a propane grill for your use with fully equipped utensils. Enjoy cooking out on the grill while taking in the views in the outdoor furniture provided. This house makes the ideal space for entertaining, you will not be disappointed

The garage is not for parking but does have a pool table, air hockey table and dartboard all for your enjoyment. Challenge some of your buddies to a friendly game to wind down the evening.

There is an outside area firepit for roasting smores and just hanging out while the kids catch lightning bugs or play a fun game of tag. Star gazing is limitless in the evenings and the fog that rolls in from the mountains is a priceless view. Take in the peace and tranquility of the views that the sunset provides. They are definitely a photo worthy moment. If you are up early enough, which I suggest at least one day, you will get to see the sun rise over top the mountain from the full length deck. It is absolutely breathtaking.

Access: You must have 4 wheel drive to access the driveway to this home since it is nestled a little over a mile from street access and does go up a couple hills. Low profile cars are not recommended.
It has plenty of parking for trucks and trailers and offers a turn around space as well as an overflow parking area. High Speed WIFI for this location is currently new and available.

Once parked, you can drive your SxS and ATVS directly from the house to the trails, making sure you follow all local and state laws for roadway riding. The home is about 30 minutes from the nearest town for grocery shopping and other essential needs. Highly recommend bringing those items in with you as to not miss a moment of relaxing and exploring while you are here.
