Located in the resort community of Princeville are the Villas of Kamalii, a gated complex located across from the Makai Golf Club. Enjoy lush garden, mountain and waterfall views from Villa #29, an end unit, split-level townhouse with over 1,800 sq. ft. of living space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 3 covered lanais, complete with mini split Air Conditioning!

Located on the main level of this split-level floor plan is an open concept living , kitchen and dining area complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a large smart TV, and a spacious dining table. Also on this floor is a secondary suite with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. You'll find a smaller guest bedroom near the front door with a full size bed and a bathroom with a shower just across the hall.

The primary suite, located on the lower level, features a cal king bed, en suite bath with a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, flat screen TV, and its own lanai with an outdoor seating area. Downstairs, you'll find a large laundry space. Save on luggage space by using the unit's full-size washer and dryer.

This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, a cooler and beach towels for a day of exploring Kauai's most beautiful beaches.

Guests of the Villas of Kamalii can enjoy the complex's on-site pool, spa, and BBQ area. Easily park your car in the unit's dedicated and labeled parking spot right outside the unit. Additional guest parking spaces are also available for those traveling with multiple vehicles.

Take a leisurely 2 block walk to the Makai Golf Club or head over to the Princeville shopping center for some local shops and good eats. A short 10-minute drive will take you to the lovely towns of Hanalei and Kilauea where you can find beaches like Hanalei Bay, Anini beach, Kalihiwai Bay, just to name a few.

The Villas of Kamalii #29 enables guests to fully access the amenities and activities that the resort community of Princeville and Kauai's north shore has to offer, while still maintaining a private, home away from home atmosphere.

Wonderful property. Extremely clean and well maintained. Exactly as described in listing. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and well located near beaches and activities. House had everything we needed (just couldn’t find the coffee grinder, suspect it’s there somewhere with everything else). Host was very responsive and helpful. Air conditioning is extremely good, except for some reason the front bedroom lacks an A/C unit and requires a floor fan and open door to keep cool (our son didn’t mind that). More and larger towels would be appreciated, but wasn’t an issue. We really loved our stay and will try to book again in the future if available.

The property is beautiful. Princeville is on the opposite side of the island where most of the activities are. The miles are not so many but the travel is slow.I am very disappointed the problem with the primary toilet I reported the morning after our arrival. I had to lift the toilet lid, hold the flush mechanism in place while I pushed the button to flush.

Absolutely Perfect

What a gorgeous property! This was our first time staying in the Hanalei area of Kuaia and this condo was perfect in every way. Super clean with lots of room. No fighting over bedrooms because each of the 3 bedrooms were lovely. Well stocked kitchen which was appreciated because we cooked quite a bit. Having access to the facility grill was great. There were lots of beach items available which was quite handy and included beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc. Communication with property owners/management was great as well; they were so kind and thoughtful. We had a peaceful and relaxing vacation at this property and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!!!!

Excellent spot with a green view

It's a very nice spot with a great view of only trees and forest behind the property. It has some charm and feels more like staying at a relative's house than a random rental property. It's great to have access to all sorts of beach gear, and the location is good as long as you're okay driving to get food.

A beautiful location and place to stay. One of the very best VRBO's we have stayed at. Garage full of everything you need for the beach, clean and large home. We loved that the bedrooms were away from each other for a little more privacy!

Amazing stay!!

My friends and I came for a trip for a week and it was amazing. The property was beautiful in a gated commutiy with a pool/hot tub and grill area. The house was 3 levels and it was the perfect size for us. The downstairs room had an amazing bathroom and tub. It stayed cooler downstairs. The middle level had a room that was a good size and the kitchen in the up stairs area was nice. The air conditioner did condense and leak a littlebut kept the living room cool. The upstairs bedroom was a little warm at night but therr was a fan to keep us cool. The balcony had a nice table and chairs to enjoy an evening cocktail. Beautiful location and we cant wait to book again. was a great size for wasper

Family Vacation

I have visited Kauai before but for my family it was there first time. We had a great stay there in Princeville, property very close to breakfast and coffee spots, and Hanalei. The villa was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved having A/C for the kids, washer/dryer, and the trash disposal was near. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond. Great neighborhood. We would love to book again!

Great property...disappointed how scheduled maintenance was handled during our stay

The good:The property and location were great. Unit was clean and well-appointed with household items and beach gear (thank you).The disappointing:We were notified about a scheduled water shut off 2 weeks before our stay. We quickly searched for other rental options (but it was difficult to find something at this late notice). We were asked to fills buckets of water in the morning so that we could flush the toilets. We requested a full day refund for the inconveniences and were denied this small gesture. ADDITIONALLY, workers entered the unit one day when we were at the beach. We were not notified that anyone would be entering the condo to perform maintenance on the AC. We left wallets and electronics everywhere. We would have prepared for the work differently had we been notified. We returned from the beach to find ladders, tools, etc. laid about the bathroom. At a minimum, we would have appreciated the opportunity to put away our toothbrushes while work was being performed in the bathroom!All said...the place was nice and comfortable. We were pretty disappointed with the owner and property management. When given the opportunity to make these maintenance issues better, they failed pretty poorly.

Stunning property; great location

Great location; we like the quieter vibe of Princeville. Within walking distance to beautiful golf course (my sons played disc golf), and short one mile drive to grocery store and restaurants. Stunning beaches nearby. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous (backs up to lush floral vegetation/mountains) and home is well appointed and also has everything needed if you want to cook. We were a family of 5 adults and enjoyed having 3 bedrooms. Only thing missing were extra blankets, as it was a little cool in Nov for us. This loc was great, as we drove to canyon and southern beaches ( giant turtles and seals at Poipou beach!!) for the day, but came back up to quieter ( and more beautiful area, at night). Two great restaurants nearby were Wiki Pizza and Kalypsos. Steer clear of Postcards. We enjoyed the local farmers market nearby. Be sure to book far out in advance for Botanical Gardens and catamaran trips
which we failed to do. VRBO Host was very sweet to leave a welcoming gift! We hope to return to Kauai next year for catamaran trip and would book the exact same property! Thank you for making our 3 night stay very special! Laurie from NC.
