On the grounds of the property, you'll find an updated pool and hot tub surrounded by tropical flowers and trees, as well as barbecues where you can prepare dinner as you watch the sunset over the water.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by lofty vaulted ceilings, a breezy atmosphere, and hues of blue and white that bring to mind the colors of the shore. Down half a flight of stairs is the main living space, where you can open the sliding lanai doors to let in the ocean breeze and the scent of flowers. There are thoughtful updates throughout, including new furniture, new electronics, a Bose speaker, and high-speed WiFi.

The refined, designer kitchen is open to the living room and dining room, offering exposed shelving, updated stainless steel appliances, and a peninsula breakfast bar for two. The dining nook has three walls of glass, allowing you to enjoy your breakfast, coffee, and newspaper with a lovely mountain view.

After a day spent golfing, kayaking, or snorkeling, you'll return home to a stacked washer/dryer for your clothes and swimsuits and an electric grill to begin dinner outside on the lanai.
