REGISTRATION/RESORT/PARKING FEES DUE TO THE RESORT AT THE ARRIVAL.
Elegant, newly renovated, and a very private condo. Nestled in the trees, featuring a short jungle walk to a quiet, private beach, it looks out to a view of sparkling Hanalei Bay, lush gardens, soaring emerald mountains, and Bali Hai. Makai golf course is a short walk away.
This is a studio with a King bed, and a Queen sofa bed, it's own lanai, kitchen, washer/dryer, a full bathroom, and a private entrance.
Gym, hospitality room with business center (computer and printer available), three different ice machine/coin operated laundry locations and community BBQs just steps away from the unit.
For complementary use of tennis and pickleball courts just call the Pro Shop and make a reservation.
Front Desk will assist with complementary golf cart rides if you need help getting to your unit or need a ride down to the beach, please just give them a call.
There are dining options available on site and few more nearby. Coffee shop open at the morning and two restaurants, Happy Talk Lounge and Wiki Pizza open for dinner. Spectacular sunset views from both restaurants!!! Beach bar and additional dining options at Hotel 1 next door.
Wi-Fi just got updated to fiber optic!!!
We purchased the property and are trying to work on updates of furnishings and re-equipping between reservations. With that being said, the unit furnishings may look slightly different when you arrive. Will be trying to update photos to reflect changes as often as possible.
It is one flight up â on the second floor, a corner condo so very private. Please note, there is no elevator.
Parking is right beside the condo. The condo is a one to two-minute walk to the pool/spa and Happy Talk Lounge, yet far enough away that is completely quiet. The bar has lovely Hawaiian music several nights a week, which stops at 9pm and if you close the doors, you cannot hear it.
Check in with the Front Desk at the lobby. You will receive community information pamphlet, key card to the unit, pool towels and wristbands.
For questions about activities or to call in for a ride please contact the Front Desk.

The resort allows early check in, so you will have access to all amenities if you arrive before the unit is released, it also allows late check out at $25 plus tax on departure day. You still need to check out from the unit by 10am but you're welcome to use the resort amenities for the reminder of the day and that includes the hospitality room and showers.
