ÉlĂ©gamment dĂ©corĂ©e et perchĂ©e Ă  flanc de falaise avec une vue sur la vallĂ©e luxuriante, cette maison de 1 989 pieds carrĂ©s Ă  Princeville sur la cĂŽte nord de Kauai est un joyau et offre le meilleur de tous les mondes. Les planchers de bois franc rĂ©novĂ©s, les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond et un dĂ©cor cultivĂ© dans cette maison Ă  deux niveaux promettent un environnement confortable pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de ce paradis tropical.
La chambre principale est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un lit king size, d'un dressing et d'une grande salle de bain principale en suite. La taniĂšre situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du maĂźtre offre un canapĂ©-lit pour des couchages supplĂ©mentaires. Les deux chambres partagent une salle de bain et sont Ă©quipĂ©es de lits queen et superposĂ©s (double et twin). Hi everything was wonderful aside from the smell of sewage smell that creeped up around day three. The plumbing was fine and all the things were great! There was just a very strong smell throughout the house that got very bad towards the end.

Amazing home!! The backyard is literally like a rainforest. Even though it rained half the time, the home was perfect to enjoy, even on those rainy days. Just a few things with the home - we were told there was a Keurig so we bought a bunch of Keurig pods but the water reservoir was moldy, so we couldn’t use it. When we asked the host if he could provide a replacement, there was no response. So we just bought ground coffee and used the coffee maker. The shelf in the cabinet next to the fridge is broken and held up by an appliance. We had problems logging on to the WiFi because the password printed on the router was incorrect. It is correct on their check in instructions - but that was just a little confusing. And lastly, some of the screen doors are not on their tracks making them difficult to open and close.Overall, we would recommend this location if you want to be on the north part of the island.

Private location, lovely home could use a bit of TLC

Two years ago, our home in Hanaeli wasn't available so we decided to Princeville it for the first time in 35 years. Lovely home, plenty of room, and private. This being our second stay, we still had a lovely time but might be time the furnishings had a bit of going over to clean and refresh.

A beautiful, romantic house in Princeville

This property is beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. You can tell that the owner cares about the home and that it has a real soul. While you could clearly sleep a few kids and another couple in the guest rooms, the main bedroom is clearly the star of the show and we felt like we had the perfect amount of space (for a luxury getaway). Princeville is clean and nice enough, but staying here you should expect to hop in the car and drive for food, the beaches, activities, etc. All in all, we felt it was a great value and a really special stay. Recommend to a friend.

We have local family and friends on the North and East side. Great location to stage various adventures from with far less hustle and bustle than the South side. The house is gorgeous and they have an amazing view from behind the house. Highly recommend the place

Oasis in Princeville

Privacy is this properties greatest asset, hot tub and multiple patios overlooking you own jungle and stream. We enjoyed it as a couple but can entertain much more. The beach toys and bikes were an added bonus to get your crew going to the beach without renting. All that Princeville and the north coast has to offer were easily accessed or stay and do nothing!

This place is nothing short of amazing

We stayed for a week and the house was amazing. The house is gorgeous and the scenery surrounding the house makes this place that much more stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! It is extremely well located with lots of options nearby. The host was extremely friendly and responsive as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to vacation here!

Luxurious property

A beautiful property with a backyard that is a rainforest. Top quality kitchen and bedding. Paddleboards, bikes, beach chairs and snorkel equipment came in handy for our group. Easy access to Hanalei Bay and Ha'ena state park.

Lovely family home

This a beautiful property, so private and quiet. Very comfortable and met with all our needs. The owners are very generous is leaving, bikes, beach chairs, and gear for renters. This is a lovely central location, close to everything.

Lovely getaway

Well-appointed, beautifully designed home. The property is lovely and crazy private for Princeville. Comfy mattresses, gorgeous vista, great cross-breezes with nicely screened sliders and windows. Hosts are generous with amenities and supplies. Only complaint—glassware is in need of a restock. Two wine glasses, some plasticware, and a few glass tumblers. Even with just two of us we were rewashing a lot (and it’s a vacation!}. Small stuff—hope to be back. Mahalo.

Beautiful, relaxing place.

It’s just like in the pictures! So private, with luxury. We had a respite girls week and it was perfect! Great kitchen. Views are amazing

Terrific Renntal in PrinceVille Kauai

The property is located in a beautiful location in Princeville. The home was terrific and met all our needs for a few of five, with the grandparents also joining us. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Very private location, large spacious home

We hadn't been back to our island for awhile due to serious illness, but it was amazing to be back. We always rented the same home in Hanalei, but it was booked. So for the first time in 33 years we stayed in Princeville. The house was extremely private and for the most part, well appointed and comfortable. The gorgeous views from just about every window were of the lush ravine filled with verdent trees, ferns and abundant flora, and rang out with birdsong. The human neighbors were very quiet, however, the unavoidable roosters cawing at all hours along with the sound of idling diesel engine emited from giant cane toads are simply part of north shore life - bring earplugs.) The home was nicely decorated and fairly well equipped, however the sofa felt a bit old and grungy, and the throw pillows were scratchy. When we discovered the home's supplied beach chairs and umbrellas were all broken and unusable, Eric from Hawaii Life responded immediately with lovely brand new ones. He was helpful and kind.

Wow....what place!!

This house is in a great location. You are in a neighborhood but tucked away so that it feels very private. There are windows everywhere that let you enjoy the amazing plant-life around you and let the refreshing breeze flow through. No need for air-conditioning! The kitchen and grill came in handy on nights that we didn't feel like food from a restaurant. The owner has available for renters: beach towels, beach chairs, swim fins in multiple sizes, snorkels and masks (for kids), bikes and even surf and SUP boards. We really appreciated the towels and beach chairs, and the easy access to the outdoor shower after our beach days. The outdoor seating area was great, we spent most of our time there. The hot tub was fun for a quick soak after the sun went down. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my family to spend a week in paradise!

First time to Kauai

This was my family’s first time to Kauai and we couldn’t have picked a better rental property to stay at during our visit. The house was beautiful both inside and out. Plenty of space, extremely clean and only 10 minute drive into Hanalei town. We will definitely be back. Aloha!

Fabulous!

We absolutely loved our stay! The backyard is like its own private tropical paradise! The house is spacious and the garage is stocked with snorkel gear, boogie boards and everything else you could want for a beach. Walking distance to Queen’s Bath and the golf course means you’re minutes away to the best sunrise/sunset on the island! We will stay in this house again.

Zen inspired for relaxation

This home has ample amount of space for a large family or like us just the two of us. The master bedroom was very inviting with an over size master bath with a beautiful walk in shower. The hot tub was just off the master bedroom and very clean ( which is not always the case from my experience). We would highly recommend the vacation rental to anyone.
