Nestled in the quiet village of Primosten, just a stone’s throw from some of the most beautiful beaches in the region, stands Villa Dola, a stunning four-bedroom holiday home accommodating up to ten guests. Showcasing stunning sea views and featuring a private heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna, Villa Dola offers the utmost in luxury and style for a completely relaxing and memorable stay.

Set on a private plot with parking for up to three cars, the villa offers four spacious, light and airy bedrooms - all with incredible views of the glittering Adriatic and all with modern ensuite bathrooms. The ground floor is large, open plan and contemporary in style, incorporating a living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen - all with direct access to the outdoor dining and pool areas. The living room features comfortable sofas in a dazzling shade of Scarlett, in stark contrast to the fresh, white decor and light grey tones. The villa offers a true home-from-home experience with LCD TVs, a USB stereo system, air conditioning throughout, and a cosy fireplace. There’s also a stylish dining table, glass sliding doors that overlook your private pool, and a modern kitchen, chock-full of everything you’ll need for your stay, including an oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find a luxurious Finnish sauna for two, a shower and your private jacuzzi - the perfect place to unwind with a glass of bubbly after a day of sightseeing. There are four king-size bedrooms on the first floor - one with a double sofa bed, ideal for those travelling with younger children, and access to a balcony complete with outdoor furniture. Two king-size beds can be separated into two singles, again, perfect for the kids or groups of friends holidaying together, and there’s also a playroom featuring table football.

Outside, the whole family can enjoy their private heated pool and outdoor shower before lounging on one of eight sunbeds and taking in the spectacular views of the village and the sea. There’s a covered outdoor dining area and gas BBQ, so alfresco meals are an absolute must...and afterwards, why not head down to the nearby pebble beach - just meters from the villa - and paddle in the crystal clear waters as the sunsets.

Primarily known as a holiday resort, Primosten is a favourite destination for those who crave a peaceful and relaxing stay, providing the perfect ‘base’ for your Croatian holiday. There is easy access to the other towns, cities and sights that Dalmatia has to offer - and yet there is still plenty to enjoy in Primosten as a destination in its own right, giving you the best of both worlds.

The town is home to some fabulous fine-dining restaurants, including the popular Tavern Marina. Located right by the sea and with a penchant for sourcing locally produced ingredients, this much-lauded eatery is well-known for its mouthwatering meat and fish dishes. If it’s authentic Croatian cuisine, you’re after. The Santa Marina restaurant offers a variety of traditional Dalmatian dishes, including Peka (meat and vegetables cooked over hot coals) and Pasticada (a beef stew dish), as well as a good selection of fish dishes.

After dinner, you’ll be able to walk off those calories by strolling through the pretty streets of Primosten and taking in the stunning local architecture - including the 15th century white stone Church of St George and its stunning bell tower. An equally impressive sight in the town is the Our Lady of Loretto statue - a 17-metre shrine to the Virgin Mary, located on Gaj Hill above Primosten and offers visitors the most incredible views of this beautiful town.

If you’ve come to this region for the beaches, you won’t be disappointed; especially when you discover the town’s famous Raduca beach.

This pretty pebbled beach offers breathtaking views of the Primosten peninsula. It is popular with families with young children thanks to its shallow waters, excellent nearby parking, and attractions that are often here during the summer months, such as trampolines, inflatables, and bouncy castles. The beach is backed by a promenade teeming with ice-cream parlours, cafes, eateries and shops selling souvenirs and local arts and crafts, so you should have no problem finding gifts to take home to remind you of your stay.
