There are 2 bedrooms on this Bi-level Property, both located on the second level. As a notice the house is a chalet and so has steep stairs to the second floor with head clearance requirements for taller folks.

The main house is on the premises, and guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities there with advance notice.

We require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form & House Terms & Lease within 24 hours of booking. The Pre-Arrival form includes a requirement for a government ID (to be securely entered). These forms are sent as a link immediately after booking to venue messaging and are required per Prescott City Short Term Rental Code 4-9. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. Primary Booking Guest must be 25 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property. Primary guest is responsible for all guests.

If forms are not complete within the 24 hour period following booking, NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel booking reservation under the Airbnb currently enforced Cancellation Policy.

We allow up to Qty 2 Small Dogs upon approval. No Cats

As an additional note the property is a Chalet and does have steep stairs to the second level sleeping area. Please inquire about the stairs for more information if you have any concerns!
