Two cozy bunkhouses provide extra sleeping space; they do not have bath facility-guests use the main cabin. Enjoy the outdoor fire tble, wildlife, and nearby hiking.

Groom Creek is one of Prescott’s most peaceful mountain neighborhoods, set among towering ponderosa pines just a few miles from downtown. Known for its frequent deer visitors and quiet forest setting, it offers that true mountain-cabin feel with winding roads and plenty of space to breathe. Trails, Goldwater Lake, and Thumb Butte are all close by, making it a favorite for those who love hiking, biking, and exploring the outdoors while staying within minutes of town.
