Beautiful views of the hills, sunsets and abundant deer provide a peaceful environment. This home is brand new construction with brand new furnishings and appliances. The home is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with sleeping for up to 8 people. Generously sized living and dining area to accommodate 8 people. Come relax and enjoy everything Prescott has to offer. Close to the Findlay Center for those of you attending events there. Brand new stairs from the balcony to the backyard.

Our stay was fantastic! We brought our 2 dogs and the outdoor area was great for watching them roam around and taking in the views of the hill behind the house. The house was so nice that we opted to host a small thanksgiving dinner with family and watch the games. If you are looking for a nice quiet place that feels like a home away from home. This is the place.

A beautiful home and property. Convenient to shopping, dining, Findlay Toyota Center. The photos represent it well and it is located on a quiet street. The backyard is wonderful with plenty of seating on the deck. The front patio has two rocking chairs and is a perfect place to enjoy the morning sunshine. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, dining table that seats eight, two TVs (one in living room and one in main bedroom), garage.Easy check-in/out and wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Great accommodations. Wonderful property. Love the draw in the backyard and watch the deer feed. Hiking to the top of it you can see Watson Lake area and beyond. Very peaceful and very comfortable accommodations.

Well appointed and spacious. The house had everything we needed and was a great stay for all. This is particularly impressive considering that 2 of the guests in my group have severe asthma and rarely travel because of sensitivity to scented products/air fresheners. Additionally, the host was very easy to communicate with making the process even better.As a bonus we saw a variety of wildlife from the back porch in the mornings making it a great start to our relaxing days.

Prescott Getaway

We had a wonderful 4 night getaway in Diamond valley. The house was immaculate and every possible convenience was provided. The location was central to everything and we could not recommend this paradise highly enough. We so look forward to returning!!

we were very impressed with all the amenities. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The master bath and bed room were exceptional. Kitchen and laundry facilities, top of the line. Even an original cornhole in the back yard.

Hidden Gem

This is a hidden gem and we fell in love with it. Our group was able to just hang out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. The wildlife did not disappoint as we had a group of deer just pass on by. We all enjoyed the stay and are already looking at a time to come back and stay at this lil gem.

Home away from home

The house is clean and equipped with all necessities like you’re in your own house - abundance stock of toiletries and clean towels as well as basic kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. We sat outside in the mornings on the deck and watch the mule deer come down the hill we saw coyote and other wildlife. The house worked perfect for what our uses were. Everything was clean. Beds were OK to sleep on. Everything worked as it should. I was more impressed that all the extra little things were furnished as in toilet paper laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, those types of things that we didn’t have to go out and buy extra that was a huge plus for us. Perfectly located between Prescott and Prescott Valley. Will definitely book again.
