Creekside Chalet - Prescott Cabin Rentals

Creekside Chalet is a beautiful cabin located just 6.1 miles or 14 minutes from downtown Prescott. This spacious property accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and offers a serene setting surrounded by tall pines and abundant wildlife. Situated on Groom Creek, the chalet provides a tranquil escape with picturesque views.

On the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms - the Pine bedroom with a queen bed and views to the south and west, and the Bambi bedroom with two bunk beds (four twins), designed with kids in mind. These rooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower. The main floor also features a large modern kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, making it easy to prepare meals. The open-air design connects the living room, kitchen, and dining room, providing a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. Suede couches in the living room, centered around the wood-burning fireplace, offer a cozy space for relaxation. A 10-seat dining room table and additional bar seating make it convenient for family and friends to gather.

Adjacent to the dining room is a charming Arizona "infant" room with a wooden crib, changing table, and books and toys. This room is equipped with a baby monitor featuring infrared night vision, adjustable camera, lullabies, and a rocking chair.

The deck faces north, overlooking the creek, and is equipped with a large patio table for enjoying coffee or wine. A propane grill is available for outdoor cooking, and the peaceful surroundings offer a perfect space for kids to explore the creek and play on the tire swing.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms await. The primary suite (Oak bedroom) has a queen bed, a reading nook, and a private deck with a bistro table and chairs. The Whiskey bedroom features two full beds and another Smart TV. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower.

Creekside Chalet is situated in Groom Creek, just 3 miles or 10 minutes away from Goldwater Lake, offering facilities for picnicking, fishing, boating, hiking, volleyball, and horseshoes. The chalet is equipped with WiFi, heating, and A/C but does not have a washer/dryer.

Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the basement and boat.

Your hosts, Greg & Wendy, are local residents of Prescott and are available to address any problems or questions during your stay.

To explore Prescott and its surrounding areas, renting a vehicle is recommended, with taxi and Uber services readily available.

For accurate pricing, provide the correct party size when booking. If bringing dogs, please inform Wendy in advance, with a nightly fee and a one-time flat fee applicable. Responsible and considerate pet behavior is expected.

Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, adhering to noise restrictions after 10 pm. The vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents, and any complaints regarding noise, activities, or trespassing that disturb neighbors may result in immediate action.

Check-in starts at 4 pm, and early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Similarly, late check-outs require prior notification. Smoking is only allowed outside.
