Charming Bright Spacious Village Walk to lift Hike
Comfy 2 bedrooms condo ideally located near the slopes and lifts as well as being 5 min walking to the heart of the village.
In the summer you are at the bottom of the mountain for all the hikes, mountain bike trails. The river Arly is across the street and enjoy the beach 100 yard away. All the necessities are near by in the village.
In the winter, we are a ski in and out location. walk to the main lift within 5 min and you are ready to tackle the slopes. No need to take your car or shuttle
Extremely well appointed condo near the heart of the village of Praz Sur Arly, The condo is fully equipped with all of your common amenities and appliances, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, high speed wifi, smart tv, keyless entry.
ââ BEDROOMS ââ
The Parental Suite offers a queen bed (160) with an upscale mattress and topper to provide a heavenly rest after a full day of ski or hikes. Plenty of closet space for putting away your belongings, and TV allows you relax and recharge.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140) and a bunk bed (90). We voluntarily limit the sleeping accommodations so everyone can enjoy the space and not feel over crowded but if you have special requests for more sleeping arrangements, let us know.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, and all everything you need for cooking tasty meals.
ââ LIVING ROOMââ
The living room provides plenty of seating for the family to relax and enjoy a movie on the big screen while watching the wood burning fireplace.

The spacious bathroom offers a updated Italian shower and great lighting.

A's by the Mont Blanc has a minimum age requirement. All adult members of your party must be 21 or older unless they are children traveling as part of a family group. Every guest must be registered and verified on your reservation. We have a strict no party or gathering policy.
Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Government ID.
Although you have access to the entire condo, there is one owner closet located in the master bedroom and a small utility closet in the toilet that is not accessible to guests
We supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels). Based on your usage habit and your length of stay, you may not have enough and should plan accordingly. Linen and terry are now PROVIDED.
Your arrival (and departure) are fully contactless. You will be provided with detailed check-in instructions the afternoon prior to your arrival including a code and/or mobile app to enter the home.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is entirely up to you. We are only a phone call/message away and will respond usually within minutes during extended business hours. During the overnight, we probably wont get back to you until early the next morning. If there is a life threatening emergency, please contact 118 and then call us and leave us a voicemail. We reserve the right to stop by the property at anytime but will give you at least 4 hours notice except in case of emergency.
There are 2 cameras at the property. There is 1 door bell camera located outside the condo at the front door & 1 camera on the balcony looking at the balcony patio and door. Video w/ Audio Recording is triggered by activity. Any recording is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Third Party Reservations (Guest not occupying the home) are strictly forbidden and again any channel policy. The guest who made the reservation must be an active occupant of the home for the entire duration of the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be removed from the property and the reservation will be immediately canceled. No refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation policy.
