The apartment
The balcony facing the beach and the proximity to the beach are the great advantage of this stay. Includes Air Conditioning for your total comfort on hot summer days and cooler winter nights.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed for comfortable sleep and a large wardrobe so you can dispose of and organize your belongings with space. It has smart TV in the bedroom and access to one of the balconies. In the second bedroom you will find two single beds, plus a wardrobe and access to a second balcony.
The living room is very large and quite bright, with large windows with access to the main balcony overlooking the beach. It has two sofas (one sofa-bed9 for the comfort of the whole family. The smart TV is 65'.! The main balcony with beach view is. equipped with outdoor furniture for pleasant gatherings and meals with family or friends. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. NOTE: The shower space is a bit narrow
The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your needs.
The residents have the right of exclusive use of a parking space in the garage of the building, WIFI and cable TV
During your stay, you no longer need to drive your car or other public transport because you have everything you need around you.

The apartment is located on the main avenue of cosmopolitan Praia da Rocha with restaurants of different cuisines, bars, casino, delicious artisanal ice cream parlors, hairdresser and other shops. In the building itself there is a supermarket, ATM and restaurants around. The beach is right in front.
Access to the building does not have stairs, because the entrance is right on the main avenue of Praia. It has 2 lifts (6 and 8 people) to access apartment floors and garages.

The fee is levied on guests aged 13 and over, and is applied throughout the year according to the stipulated values:
1€ per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between November 1st and March 31st - low season.
2€ per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between April 1st and October 31st - high season.
