Great apartment with lovely city views, including Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Stay just five minutes from Charles Bridge in this spacious three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Prague. This apartment is an ideal base for exploring Prague’s historic center.

The apartment features a bright living room, one main bedroom with a king-size bed, and two separate bedrooms, each with a single bed. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a private terrace, and the modern bathroom has a shower. Air conditioning is available for added comfort.
The apartment is located four floors above ground level. There is an elevator in the building, but one flight of stairs must be taken from the elevator landing to reach the entrance. This apartment is an ideal base for exploring Prague’s historic center.

We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration).
A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures.

Check-in and check-out outside our standard check-in/check-out hours is possible only upon request in advance, depending on the availability, and for additional charge.
If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies.

The listing is a strictly non-smoking. Smoking, including vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere on the premises — including the terrace. Smoke can easily enter the apartment and may also disturb our neighbours.

Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 until 7:00.

Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.

Please do not use the fireplace.

Unique apartment in a great location

We loved this apartment, really unique design and spacious with three bedrooms. The view was spectacular and it was right across the street from the river and cafés. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location!

Close to the Vlatava river, old town and the Charles bridge. The whole place is up to date with great details. We stayed for 8 nights and the place worked great. The view of the castle is a bit awkward to mange. You have to stand by the skylight windows to see the view. We did not spend a lot of time in the apartment as we were out in the city. I would stay here again.
