Nestled in the heart of a historic neighborhood, our charming apartment offers the perfect fusion of comfort and convenience, promising an unforgettable stay in Prague. This thoughtfully furnished flat is your gateway to explore the city's rich tapestry, situated just 10 minutes by tram from the bustling city center. With a tram stop directly in front of the building and a metro station a 5-minute stroll away, your access to Prague's famed attractions is easy.

First off, feel most welcome to our flat.

We love Prague and we love travelling, therefore we decided to offer this flat to travelers looking to spend a memorable time in this beautiful city.

The flat has an excellent location in a historical neighborhood, very close from the center, but where Czechs really live. The house is situated beside the park of the Vysehrad castle, which is visible from one of the windows. You could tale a 10 minutes walk to see the park, castle and to get amazing views over the city. You could also decide to walk five minutes towards the riverside, where you will find a scenic 1 km walk along the river to the city centre. In the last 5 years river culture has become a big part of Prague life. On Saturday morning, you could also visit the farmers market that stands there.

Other benefits:
- Tram stop (Botanicka Zahrada) in front of the building, from where you can reach Wenceslas square and the old town in 5 minutes. Mala Strana is only 15 minutes away.
- Walking distance to metro Karlovo Namesti (5 minutes)
- A hand-full of supermarkets, grocery stores and restaurants in a walking distance.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 people. It offers super fast WIFI internet connection. The main bedroom has a 150cm bed and one 90cm bed. The living room has a sofa- bed, suitable for two people. The flat is furnished and equipped with everything for a short or long-term stay. Suitable also for families with kids. Parking is possible a short walk away.

Registration and Tourist Tax:
We use a third party provider "CheckIn" to register you with the foreign police and to collect the additional tourist tax of 50CZK per person per night. You will be sent a link when you book and you should complete this and pay before we check you in.

Check-in:
We offer check-in from 15:00 until 21:00. We can accommodate a check in from 21:00 to 23:00 with a surcharge of 500CZK/20EUR. In case you need to arrive before 15:00, we will try to organize an early check-in for you, or at least to leave your bags while we clean. We will contact you to arrange your check-in personally.

Check- out:
Checkout is at 11:00. We may be able to let you leave luggage later, depending on what we have arranged with any incoming guest.

Towels/bed linen provided.

We live in the same house where the flat is.

Trams 18 and 24 to and from a stop "Botanicka Zahrada" bring you to and from the centre in 5 minutes. Tram "18" will take you to Prague castle (stop "Malostranska") or Old Town Square (stop "Staromestska") and Tram "24" will bring you to the Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske namesti).
- 50CZK/per person/per night city tax is not included in the price. Once you book you will be given a link to an external site for check-in and payment
- between 9pm and 8am it is expected to keep quiet
- no smoking in the flat / building
- no pets
- keep the windows reasonably closed in the room facing the courtyard and the kitchen in the summer if you want to talk louder after 9pm as the noise travels easily all around the whole block
- Do not lean on or put heavy objects on the shelves in the bathroom
- When you leave the flat use both the main lock & deadlock (small lock above) to close the door
- Immediately report to us should anything get broken / doesn’t work
