Modern, spacious, and fully furnished apartment with a terrace and its own parking spot.

The apartment is 67 square meters. There is a nice bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom with a washing machine and a bath combined with a shower, and a separate toilet. The kitchenette has all that you need for your stay. There is a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, also kitchenware, plates, cups, glasses... This apartment has a parking space in the garage, which is in the same building, and a large terrace. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning when the city still sleeps or a cup of tea/coffee or a glass of traditional Czech beer after a day spent in vibrant tourist areas will be very much appreciated!

The apartment is located in a quiet area called Karlín. This area is famous for its nice position just next to the Vltava River surrounded by parks and a huge portfolio of restaurants, cafés, and pubs around. For example, a famous Hotel Hilton with Sky Bar - Cloud 9 overlooking the city is only 5 minutes away. The heart of the Old Town can be reached by multiple options of public transportation or by foot.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This includes the elimination of germs that may cause many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Truhlářská 1489/29, 110 00 Nové Město, Prague 1). This location is open 24/7. All instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Violating house rules will result in termination of the rental agreement.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
