Situated on the 2nd floor with elevator access, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a baby cot available on request for an additional €15 fee. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a luxurious 180x200 cm king-size bed to ensure exceptional comfort and restful sleep. Designed with attention to every detail, the interiors combine modern sophistication with a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the bedrooms offers a beautiful open view over Prague’s charming rooftops, while another includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or business stays. The stylish living area is connected to a fully equipped designer kitchen, creating the perfect social space for relaxing or entertaining. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV, a large comfortable sofa, and premium amenities including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and complete kitchenware. 1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 350 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
