Please note that according to the law, we are required to register you with the foreign police and collect the city tax upon your arrival.

The city tax is CZK 50 per person per day. Children under the age of 18 and residents of Prague do not pay this tax.

The space

This charming duplex apartment is located in the heart of Prague, just a few steps from the Křižíkova metro station. It is ideally situated near the picturesque Vítkov Park and the banks of the Vltava River, providing excellent opportunities for leisurely walks and outdoor activities.

If you need a crib, please let us know in advance. The cost is 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day.

We can accommodate your pets for an additional fee of 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day.

Other Things to Note:

Please note car parking at the apartment is chargeable. The cost is 15 € per day. The city tax is CZK 50 per person per day. When the reservation is made, we need to know the first name, last name, year of birth and country of arrival of all guests. We remind you that check–in takes place from 15.00, and check-out until 10.00.

Additional cleaning is available at an additional cost. 50 kW EV charging station available right across the street.

We are open to any kind of cooperation. Including cooperation on the basis of barter, subletting your apartments (if you are the owner) and other types of advertising.
