Classy Loft Apartment in the City Center of Prague
The apartment consists of 1 separate bedroom and 2 semi-separate loft-style rooms, the latter equipped with air conditioning. All rooms have been tastefully renovated and are well-equipped, featuring amenities such as a 45â Smart TV, kitchen, ventilators, separate toilet, bathroom, and WiFi.
The owners also prepared Prague guides and recommendations for the guests.
Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay.
This includes the elimination of germs that may cause common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedureâyour safety during your stay is our priority!

Clean towels (1 large and 1 small per guest) & bedding
Hair & body shampoo and hand soap
Dishwashing detergent, sponge, and paper towel
Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls)

The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. Keys are located in the city center with 24/7 access. Instructions will be sent after registration.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment.
Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.
No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.
Respect Czech law and quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
Communication is handled via the platform used for booking.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.
Follow all instructions regarding trash disposal and appliance usage.
Take care of your keys. If lost, contact the emergency number. Key-related issues are the guestâs responsibility.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires âŹ2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
