The newly renovated apartment with a terrace is easily accessible by metro/tram. Fully equipped and in an exciting local neighbourhood.

This is a perfect location for your stay in Prague! The flat is located near the famous Vltava River in Smichov, one of the best Prague neighbourhoods. You will find great Czech restaurants and pubs where you can taste traditional Czech beer and food. There are also many trendy international cafes for coffee and breakfast. You will feel like a local here! You can enjoy a nice walk down the Vltava riverbank to reach Kampa Park and the Charles Bridge.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a historical building. There is a brand new lift first for easy access. You will find traditional Prague-style architecture with large doors and historical finishes in the building. The apartment does not have its own parking space but it is possible and easy to park the car in the street (free only for residents) or at the Andel Shopping Centre.

You can also walk 2 minutes to the tram station at Zborovska or 5 minutes to the Andel metro stop which takes you directly to the city centre, Wenceslas and Old Town.

The apartment has also been renovated recently and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven and everything needed for cooking. The living room has a dining table and flat-screen SMART TV. The bedroom has a double-sized bed.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This includes disinfection to eliminate germs that may cause common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

The apartment uses a self-check-in procedure. Keys are located near the apartment at a luggage storage facility with opening hours from 09:00 to 21:00. All instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. If you arrive outside of these hours, please plan accordingly.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on the table and dispose of remaining trash before leaving.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed, unless previously agreed upon.

No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out.

Follow the instructions provided for trash disposal and for using the apartment’s appliances.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number.

After each stay, an inventory check is performed. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 150 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
