We are on .5 acres with 2 buildings - our main house and this cozy cottage. Private parking right by the home helps it feel tucked away. Feel free to use our stage 2 EV Charger on your trip as well!

We’re so glad you’re here. This little home is cozy, pristine, and thoughtfully designed for your comfort. To help keep it that way for you and for every guest who follows, we’ve put together a few simple house rules. Nothing strict, just the kind of neighborly care that keeps the good vibes going.

🕓 Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Let us know if you need extra time — if we can accommodate, we absolutely will.

🔇 Quiet Hours
10 PM – 8 AM
Elm Cottage is tucked into a quiet rural neighborhood, so sound travels easily at night. Please keep voices, music, and outdoor noise low during these hours.

💡 Exterior Lights
Please turn off all outdoor lights during the day to help conserve energy and maintain that peaceful country charm. The switch is located and labeled next to the front door.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
Elm Cottage is a completely smoke-free space , inside and out.
If you do need to smoke, please step completely off the property and dispose of anything safely. Smoking indoors will result in a deep cleaning fee.

🥳 No Parties or Events
This cottage is designed for peace and comfort, not parties.
No gatherings, events, or extra guests unless cleared with us ahead of time. Quiet getaways only, please, you’re here to relax, not rage 😄

🧼 Clean as You Go
We take a lot of pride in keeping Elm Cottage pristine. Before you leave, please:
• Wash dishes or load/start the dishwasher
• Take your trash to the outdoor bin
• Check for any personal belongings (especially chargers, wallets, or books, they love hiding)

🔐 Lock Up When You Leave
Whether you`re going out for a hike or checking out for good, please make sure the doors are locked. It’s a safe area, but we always play it smart.

💡 Something Not Right?
If anything feels off, a bulb goes out, a faucet drips, a raccoon shows up (it’s Idaho, who knows), just let us know. We’d rather fix it than have it bug you.
