The living area is the heart of the house, with a large sofa and comfortable seating, a dining area with a table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to enjoy the home naturally, whether sharing meals or relaxing after a day out. Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the property ensure comfort in every season, also making it suitable for remote work or enjoying your favorite streaming content.

The three bedrooms offer ideal solutions for both families and groups: the master bedroom is elegant and refined, featuring a four-poster double bed and a private bathroom; the second bedroom has two single beds, while the third is equipped with bunk beds, perfect for younger guests. All rooms are air-conditioned, with windows and space to store personal belongings. Bed linen is included, along with a set of three towels per guest (face, shower, and bidet towel) and a courtesy kit with soaps, shampoo, and toilet paper. The two bathrooms, both fully equipped, are functional and well organized, with the main bathroom also including a washing machine.

Private parking is not available, but paid guarded garages are located nearby.
