This sweet holiday residence is part of 5-properties complex which share a swimming pool and the biggest garden in town, facing south it offers a unique view over Positano’s bay and the Galli Island.
With its 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an extremely comfortable sofa bed is able to accommodate up to 4 guests in the best spot of this enchanting little village.
As you enter the property you will find its lovely living room traditionally furnished all wrapped in pastel colors that makes the ambience even more warm and welcoming.
The sofa bed can accommodate 2 people comfortably, making this house the perfect place for a couple or a small family.
Adjoining the living room there is the fully equipped kitchen complete of all the appliances for guests in order to make homemade meals that you can eat indoor or outside the panoramic terrace.
The outdoor area features a dining table and chairs, deck chairs and is bathed in sun all day.
In order to get to the semi-private beach, only reachable by the sea, there is a privy staircase only for the complex’ guests use.

Situated along steep slopes on the central Amalfi coast, Positano is today a sophisticated tourist destination. Characterized by its Moorish architecture and the steep steps that lead from the village to the beach, this picturesque town has long been a favorite destination for artists, musicians and famous writers. The two main beaches, Spiaggia Grande and Fornillo, are both within walking distance; the others are reached mainly by sea. Ferry boats do daily service if you want to take a day trip to Capri and Ischia.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 7 nights, arrival-departure day: Saturday in high season; 3 nights in low season.
Check in: from 15:00; check-out: within 10:00
Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out are possible (with supplement).
The guests are kindly required to take with them copies of their passports.
The shared swimming pool is open 9AM to 6PM from May 1st through October 10th (depending on weather conditions).

Security Deposit (refundable):
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a damage deposit of € 500. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
The rates include the initial grocery supply, water, electricity, gas, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, as well as a mid-week cleaning and towel change and the final cleaning. Linen change included once a week upon request. The property is situated approximately 70 steps (comprising pathways and staircases) below the main road. We suggest using town porters for the luggage. The fee is € 15 per piece from 7 AM to 9 PM (€ 20 per piece if arriving by boat) and € 20 per piece from 8 PM to 8 AM. Costs may vary.
Extra Cleaning Services: € 250 daily
The city tax of € 2,50 per person, per night is not included in the rates. The city tax must be settled with the final balance via bank transfer. Please, note that this amount is subject to change.
