CASA DALILA – POSITANO
Perched on the cliffs just under 1 km from the centre of Positano, Casa Dalila offers panoramic views and direct access to the sea. The villa is ideally situated for exploring Positano’s charming shops, restaurants, and bars, yet feels wonderfully secluded. Nature lovers will appreciate the access to a public beach, a mix of gravel and rock, reached by a scenic cliffside path of around 260 steps. Access to the villa itself involves 36-step staircase from street level.

The house develops over two levels indoor. We first reach the top floor from street level, going down to the lower floor.

TOP FLOOR
This level is home to the main living area, where elegant design meets comfort and functionality. The spacious lounge is furnished with two inviting sofas, armchairs, and a dining table for ten, creating a warm, social atmosphere ideal for relaxing or entertaining. A modern kitchen, directly accessed from the lounge, offers everything you need for home-cooked meals with a view. This floor also features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed that can be separated into twins, a sea-view balcony, en-suite bathroom, and a safe for added convenience. Both en-suites include a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer.

LOWER FLOOR
Here, three additional en-suite bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (convertible to twin beds), a safe, and access to the outdoors—either via a sea-view balcony or the second furnished terrace. One of the bathrooms includes a jacuzzi bathtub, while the others feature spacious shower cubicles. A laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available for guests’ use, ensuring long stays are as comfortable as possible.

OUTDOORS
Terraces draped in vibrant wisteria and flowering plants provide the perfect spot to relax and take in the view, while the outdoor jacuzzi adds an extra touch of indulgence. The outdoor spaces are designed for laid-back moments, with breathtaking coastal views as your constant backdrop. At the heart of the terrace area is a refreshing open-air plunge tub (1.70 x 2.50 m; not heated and is available for use between April 1st and October 31st.), ideal for cooling off during warm summer days. A nearby hot-water outdoor shower adds extra comfort after a dip or a day at the beach.

For alfresco dining, the villa is equipped with a gas barbecue, perfect for relaxed meals shared with friends and family. Guests can unwind on two spacious 25 m² terraces—one accessible from the first-floor lounge, the other from the garden. Both are partially shaded and thoughtfully furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers, offering the ideal setting for everything from morning coffee to sunset aperitifs.
