What makes our apartment so unique is the spectacular view of the sea and coastline from the private terrace. Being on the terrace is as if you are in the sea and could pretty much jump in. Being on the terrace you'll not want to miss having your breakfast, dinners and aperitivi with the view you'll have of the sun rising and the spectacular sunsets. We are very centrally located, only a 2-minute walk away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops and can avoid the crowds of the center.

This centrally-located apartment is composed of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with direct access to the terrace, and a private terrace overlooking the sea.

This apartment, located on the private gated stairway of Casa Caldiero which only our guests have access too, is only accessible by foot and is a 2 minute walk to the center, beaches, restaurants and dock. We are located in a great spot to get to the 2 beaches and dock without having to walk through the center and avoiding all the crowds. While still being a 2 minute walk to the center. Which makes life a lot easier.

There are two entrances to the Casa Caldiero property; one at the top about 250 steps away, and one near the sea at the bottom about 90 steps away.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an air conditioning unit and has direct access to the balcony.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed which can be separated into two singles, a window with a view of the sea, an air conditioning unit, and a private bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed which can be separated into two singles and an air conditioning unit. Please note that this bedroom has a window but no view.

The 2 main bathrooms have showers, while the small bathroom has a toilet and the washing machine.

There are both indoor and outdoor dining options. Amenities such as a washing machine, sheets, towels, beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron, a 43" smart TV, a nespresso machine for coffee, a regular Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave oven and WiFi are available in the apartment.

SERVICES:
At arrival, I'll meet you all at the road where the driver will drop you off or if arriving by ferry down at the dock to make getting to the apartment easier and will organize the porters for you if needed.

I offer a nice local bottle of wine, a few beers, a bottle of water and taralli so that upon arrival you'll have something cold and refreshing.
And also offer Coffee pods for the nespresso, jams and butter so for the first morning you'll have a little breakfast option.

For stays 7 days or longer, there's a mid stay clean which includes a change of sheets, towels and a quick clean of the apartment.

For stays of 5 days I'll have an extra set of bath towels for you.

If you would like to have maid service daily please let me know ahead of time for the availability of the maid and can organize it. She charges 20 Euro an hour.

I always like to warn guests that the town is built up on a mountain. There are steps and steep hills to take to get around anywhere.
As we are located so close to the beach and boardwalk, we are further down the mountain than the lowest paved road runs through the mostly pedestrian only town. There are steps downwards to take if you come by car in order to reach us approximately 200 steps. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, there are always porters you could hire to bring your suitcases to your front door, which we recommend. They typically charge around 15 Euro per suitcase.


Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm, check-out at 10am. For any check-ins later than 8pm., we ask that you confirm our availability before booking. There is also a 50 Euro fee to be paid in cash at check-in for arrivals after 8pm. Please note that this apartment is for max 6 guests. We will not allow any other guests above 6 to stay.
Also there is a 90 Euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash at arrival and the 2.50 Euro per person tourist tax to be paid in cash at arrival.
