Villa Spectrum is located in the picturesque village of Posedarje, just 25 km from the historic city of Zadar. This luxurious villa combines contemporary style, comfort, and natural beauty. With an area of 200 m2, this air-conditioned villa provides perfect accommodation for up to 8 guests, promising an unforgettable vacation.

On the upper floor, the villa features four spacious bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200 cm), each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a modern shower. All rooms offer spectacular views of the crystal-clear sea and the charming village of Posedarje. A balcony with cozy seating invites you to relax with your morning coffee or a favorite book.

The ground floor delights with a spacious living room furnished with a corner sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. For additional entertainment, there's a PlayStation, perfect for children and young guests. A modern kitchen with top-notch appliances and a breakfast bar is ideal for preparing your favorite meals, while the dining area with a large table for eight offers a pleasant space for family meals. From the dining area, you can step out onto the beautiful terrace. For an additional guest, a comfortable extra bed is available in the living room 90x200 cm.

For extra fun, guests can enjoy the game room featuring table football, while relaxation is guaranteed in the private sauna. The ground floor also includes a separate bathroom, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron, as well as a high chair and a crib for the youngest guests.

The outdoor terrace is equipped with a swimming pool measuring 32 m2 and 1.5 meters deep, surrounded by sun loungers. A covered seating area and a table near the charcoal or wood barbecue are perfect for summer evenings filled with laughter, Dalmatian specialties, and a glass of fine wine.

The nearest beach, Tunjarice, is just 200 meters away, offering ideal conditions for swimming, exploring the underwater world, and all-day fun. Nearby activities include water sports, fishing, and cycling.

Only a 25-minute drive takes you to Zadar, a city rich in history and exceptional gastronomy, where local specialties and excellent wines await you. Beyond Zadar, visit the Zrmanja River for exciting rafting, canoeing, or kayaking, as well as national parks such as Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, Krka, and Kornati. Nature lovers will enjoy the Cerovac Caves and Velebit Nature Park.

A charging socket for electric vehicles is available at the villa, subject to prior arrangement and an additional fee.

Young guests can head to the nearby island of Pag, famous for Zrće Beach, a Croatian Ibiza where the party lasts 24 hours a day.
