Beachfront villa Promenada

The luxurious Beachfront Villa Promenada, just 22 km from the city center of Zadar, represents everything you have been dreaming about for a long time. It is located in Posedarje, and is ideal for a perfect vacation with family and friends, where you will be able to escape from everyday obligations. What you will enjoy most is the view of the Adriatic Sea and the beach that is just a few meters in front of the villa. Villa Promenada was built in 2019 in a contemporary and modern style, and offers you 250 m2 of living space. It is only 5 meters from the nearest beach, where you will be able to explore the depths of the sea and swim in the Adriatic Sea. It is fully air-conditioned, and offers accommodation for a maximum of 12, and optimally 10 people. You will sleep in 5 bedrooms (2 are located on the ground floor, and the remaining 3 are on the upper floor), each of which has a double bed. There are also 5 bathrooms with showers and 2 separate toilets. As additional facilities, there is a washing machine, dryer and iron. The villa has 2 living rooms, which are equipped with a sofa, fireplace and television. One sofa serves as an extra bed for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for family or friends, and there is a dining room with 10 seats.

You will enjoy the outdoor terrace the most thanks to the heated infinity pool measuring 40 m2 with massage jets, next to which there are 8 sun loungers. The pool heating period is from 01.05. - 31.10. This will be the place where you will enjoy sunbathing and reading your favorite book. There is also a covered seating area, and balconies with a table and chairs overlooking the sea.

Next to the pool there is a separate room where you will enjoy preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes using the indoor charcoal or wood-fired grill. The tavern has a dining table, billiards, darts, kitchen and TV.

For all those who love an active holiday, there are also several exercise machines at your disposal. A jacuzzi and sauna offer you complete luxury.

The villa is completely fenced and offers you 5 private parking spaces.

After relaxing in the Promenada villa with local prosciutto, cheeses, wine and olive oil, you can start exploring the things you can do in the area. There is a whole range of activities, such as excursions to the Kornati National Park, jeep safaris in the Velebit mountains, hiking, cycling and numerous water sports.

Be sure to take a walk around Zadar, see for yourself the fact that it has a magical sunset, a sea organ and the light installation 'Greetings to the Sun'. They say that this city is like an open-air museum. During his stay in Zadar, even the famous director Alfred Hitchcock said that the Zadar sunset was the most beautiful he had ever seen.
