đ Perfect for a group get away or those in Portsmouth for work, the location is central to the city with less than 10 minutes by car in every direction you would be by the sea. There is also easy access to the M275, free street parking and a supermarket a few minutes walk away.
đł The home has an open plan living space and brand new kitchen. There are two brand new shower rooms with walk in showers, one upstairs and one downstairs. There are 3 double bedrooms, two of which are upstairs and one downstairs, each with its own electric radiator that keeps the room at a constant temperature. In the living room there is underfloor heating. There is a smart TV, Netflix and fast WiFi throughout with a cosy private garden with seating.

âȘïž St Marys Church is a stone throw away, and there is easy access to anywhere in Portsmouth within a 10 min drive. There is free on-street parking which does get busy after 5pm. You can also walk to Kingston Cemetery which is a nice walk, and there is a play park 5 min walk away too.
đ żïž As with almost everywhere in Portsmouth there is limited street parking especially after 4pm. There is a chance you will not be able to park your car out side the property but arranging travel times to arrive at the house during day time will help make parking easier to find.
đTaxis and Ubers in Portsmouth are readily available and very inexpensive as the city is so small.
Local taxis can be booked by phone or app and the most popular one is Aqua Cars.
Uber also operates a lot in the city and can be arranged via the app.
If youâre getting a taxi from Gunwharf Quays, they are twice the price if you go to the taxi rank rather than ordering one in advance.
Alternatively many places are walkable. A walk from Albert Road to Palmerston road is roughly 10 mins.

**Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.
