The space:

Enter through the front door to a large open living room with smart TV and dedicated workspace providing pleasant views of the Elizabeth River, especially at sunset. Immediately to your left will be beautiful French doors giving way to a cozy bedroom with queen size bed and more views of the river to wake up and fall asleep to. Additionally, the bedroom features two wardrobes to store your belongings, blackout curtains to help you get that restful sleep night or day, and a smart TV to access all your favorite entertainment.

Continuing on through the bedroom side door allows access to the full bathroom via the dining room. In the dining room, you can comfortably seat four around a large circular table for delicious meals, game time, or an extra space to work. A quaint but full featured kitchen is also accessed via the dining room and provides all the essentials to get you cooking away from home. Next to the kitchen entrance, a doorway reveals stairs to the unfinished basement, which houses the in-unit washer and dryer. The dining room also connects directly back to the living room. Guest access:

Guests are welcome to free parking on the street in front of the house or private off-street parking in the backyard via an alleyway. If parking in the backyard, there is no paved path to the front door. Guests must use front door for access via a keypad. Once inside the house, guests may access the backyard via the backdoor or via the side porch using the side door. Guests are welcome to use the propane grill in the backyard.
