Padulella beach is an intimate and uncontaminated beach, a natural reserve of extraordinary beauty, a paradise for lovers of authentic nature, where it is impossible not to fall in love with the scents brought by the sea breeze, its contrasts and the emotions they evoke!
Parking is not easy but our structure offers a private parking space reserved for all guests who stay there.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Very comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of the structure, outside the hall with a large entrance terrace for exclusive use. It consists of a single room where there is a modern kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed with TV plus double bed with skylight on the ceiling. Large bathroom with shower.

- induction burners; private washing machine; smart TVs; kettle; refrigerator with freezer; microwave; air conditioning; Wifi; safe; hairdryer

Services outside the apartment:
- private parking space; private equipped terrace; discounted scooter and e-bike rental service; hall and waiting room with toilets on the ground floor

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- the obligation to register is necessary even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the structure
- the rental must be for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults accompanied by 2 children under 12 years of age
- check-in at the property from 4.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am
- free luggage storage service upon arrival; in the same way you can enjoy a last moment at the seaside on the day of departure
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
