Portoferraio is the most important harbour and marina of Elba. It is a town rich in history and already at the arrival by ferry offers its beauty with its imposing forts "Falcone" and "Stella". The studio apartment "Riva" is situated in the heart of the old town, in one of the oldest streets, at the ground floor of a small building just in a walking distance from the promenade, bars or restaurant; during the summer, in the evening in the center there is a traditional market and some events. The access to the historic centre by car, to reach the apartments, is possible during the day and in the evening is forbidden from 7 pm to 7 am. There are some convenient parkings near the apartments, that are the ideal accommodation for those who choose a holiday without a car. Nearby the apartment there are a pharmacy, restaurants, shops and bakeries. You can also find a Bus stop; the beach of Le Viste is at 500 mt about, the beach of Le Ghiaie is at 800 mt about, where you can find rents of sunchairs and umbrellas, bars and restaurants directly on the beach.
Studio apartment for 2 persons: this nice apartment of about 28 sqm with independent entrance at the ground floor. It consists of a unique room with a double bed, air condition, TV and little table with chairs to dine, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has not a private parking place, but nearby there is a public pay and display parking. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone in the historic center and traffic is closed from 7.00 pm to 7.00 am.

Arrivals: check-in from 4 to 7.30 pm. Departures: check-out by 9 am. Utilities: electricity, water, air condition included. Final cleanings: € 90,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
