Located in the historic center of Portoferraio, within the Medici walls and with a wonderful sea view over the entire dock, we find this lovely recently renovated maritime style apartment. View of the "Calata", the town's renowned promenade with all its typical shops, bars and restaurants, perfect for your summer evenings. Reachable in a few minutes on foot are the Spiaggia delle Viste, known for its proximity to the Palazzina Napoleonica dei Mulini, and the beautiful Spiaggia delle Ghiaie characterized by white stones and crystal clear water.
THE SPACE
Two-room apartment with sea view on the 1st floor, sleeps 4. Living room with double sofa bed, dining table for 4 people and large TV. Small corridor. Sea view kitchenette with induction hobs (n.2) with access to the balcony. Double room with sea view with access to the balcony. Small bathroom with window and shower box (no bidet). Balcony with sea view equipped with a small table for 2 people.
