– Arrival: from 16:00 to 19:00, arrivals after 19:30 are accepted with a supplement of €40.00. – Departure: by 09:00. – Linen: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen. It can be rented up to 7 days before the arrival date. The cost is €40 for the double set and €20 for the single set, to be paid on-site and collected at our office in Portoferraio. – Pets are not allowed. – Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
