The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of two double bedrooms, both equipped with TV, perfect for ensuring privacy and comfort. The living room is spacious, a welcoming area where you can relax after a day at the beach, while the kitchen is separate and functional, fully equipped to prepare meals independently and enjoy the house in total freedom.

The apartment features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, making it suitable also for longer stays. The presence of a TV in each bedroom adds extra comfort, especially for families or groups of friends.

Outside, there is a small private garden with a veranda, a pleasant space to enjoy during the warmer months: ideal for outdoor breakfasts, summer dinners, or simply relaxing in peace. The property also includes a private parking space, an important advantage during the high season.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a surcharge of €40.00.

Small pets allowed with a supplement of €40.

Check-out: by 9:00 AM.

Linen: bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented upon request at a cost of €40 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed. Requests must be made at least 7 days before arrival. Linen collection takes place exclusively at our office in Portoferraio.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
