The area is quiet and silent, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time very convenient thanks to the proximity of bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy and the port, easily reachable on foot. Not far away are other wonderful beaches such as Padulella, Capo Bianco and the wildest Sottobomba, all reachable in a few minutes.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. Check-in takes place and keys are handed over in our offices in Portoferraio. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils at check-out, carry out waste sorting and dispose of the same.

Large accommodation of 230 square meters, suitable for families. It is all on one floor, the first, entering a bright living area with sofas. Dining area with kitchenette with induction hobs. The sleeping area consists of: A triple bedroom with double bed and single bed, Double bedroom with two single beds that cannot be joined and a third Double bedroom with two single beds joined. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The accommodation has a perimeter balcony with a lateral sea view, and an outdoor area equipped for eating.

- literally a stone's throw from the Ghiaie beach and its shaded playground
- access to the parking space involves a very narrow alley (it is only suitable for small utility cars); nearby there is a large free dirt parking lot behind the Guardia di Finanza for bulkier vehicles

Important information:
- groups of Young People under 21 years of age are not allowed

- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm; for check-in after 8:30 pm a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- check-out: by 9:00 am
