All the structures have been recently renovated and all have a large terrace or balcony from which to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island.

The apartments do not have a real private parking space, but access to the building is via a private road closed by a barrier, where, if desired, the car can be left, unless there is a parking space, along the road.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Key delivery is normally carried out in our offices located in Via Rodolfo Manganaro in Portoferraio, for different needs contact our customer service.

The wifi service is served by a local operator, being the area along the coast, the signal is sometimes interrupted.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 3920618594. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices.
Studio 2/3 beds
Spacious studio on the ground floor with access to the garden. It consists of a living area with double bed and single sofa bed, the kitchen with window is equipped with an electric oven, is separated from the living area and was completely renovated in 2016. The apartment is completed by a terraced outdoor area equipped for dining.
