Nous sommes heureux de vous présenter nos NOUVELLES MAISONS DE VILLE / APPARTEMENTS qui sont situés dans un emplacement central (LAPA) à seulement dix minutes du centre-ville historique et des principales attractions culturelles et amusantes de Porto. L'emplacement est idéal pour les visiteurs avec la station de métro et de bus juste une courte distance de marche. Beaucoup de magasins de détail traditionnels et un beau jardin public. C'est la base parfaite pour quelqu'un qui cherche à explorer la ville, mais qui veut aussi un endroit chaud et tranquille pour revenir à la fin de la journée.

L'accĂšs Ă  un magnifique balcon sur le toit!

Récemment reconstruit, chaque maison est distribuée par 2 niveaux différents. Les appartements "LUIS I" et "MARIA PIA" partagent une belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Lapa et la rue principale, et un aperçu de la mer. Profitez de tout le confort pour un long ou court séjour à Porto. La maison est nettoyée professionnellement à chaque visite.
Peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  2-4 personnes.

AprĂšs quelques Ă©tapes, vous entrez directement dans un espace ouvert lumineux et spacieux avec salon / salle Ă  manger et coin cuisine avec de grandes fenĂȘtres.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter, y compris un lave-vaisselle et une cafetiÚre. Une salle à manger est également disponible pour les repas cuisinés.

Struck minimum

The apartment is ok, photos seem mutch bigger than it is, no toilet near the bedroom, you have to go up a stairs to go, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with the stick minimum, not more, The host Irene is very sweet but not at her affairs, she didn’t tell us about the 2euros a day , so had to find a way to pay her when we where in Lisbonne, No tips on what to see or do in Porto , Don’t rent it because of the terrasse, it is ordinary !

Irene was lovely to work with. Communicative and responsive. I wish we had better weather so we could have taken advantage of the lovely shared roof top terrace. The location was not overly convenient for us but that’s a personal choice.

Great apartment in less touristy area of Porto

The apartment had all we needed for our 2 week stay. We like to walk and had the time to explore all of Porto and surrounding sites, the apartment was 10 minutes from a metro stop which we used. However a city bus runs right near apartment. As walkers we enjoyed the 30-40 minute walks to explore a beautiful city each day. Irene was very friendly and met us when we arrived, which does not happen also. We were just surprised about the city tax fee, which is usually paid with other fees beforehand at other rentals we have stayed at.

Wonderful

This is an immaculate , nicely decorated, modern apartment. It was a great location for us as we love to walk and the walk to city central was less than 15 minutes. It allowed an escape of the busy downtown but easy to get where ever you needed. Irene is the most perfect host. She is simply lovely and extremely accommodating and very knowledgable . We would most definitely stay here again.

Wunderbare Wohnung in guter Innenstadtlage

Die zweigeschossige Wohnung mit Dachterrasse ist ideal fĂŒr zwei Personen und liegt unmittelbar an der Bushaltestelle in die Innenstadt (4 Stops bis Aliados). Irene als Gastgeberin ist Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, schon im Vorfeld unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation möglich, mit sehr guten Restaurantempfehlungen. Fazit: jederzeit wieder.

Perfect for what we needed!

I would rent this apartment again. Irene was super responsive and a very, very, pleasant host. My wife and I booked this as a last minute trip from Lisbon before heading home to the US and needed a place with nearby parking. There was a garage down the block for 10E/day for three days. The published reviews are accurate in every way, no need to repeat things. Very modern and clean. Yes, it's a 30 min walk (down hill) to river. Therefore, for the short time we were there we walked to town used Uber to return home late at night. Ubers in Porto are plentiful, clean and cheap. One trip back to the apartment was less than three Euros. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to use the nice roof terrace.

Great spot in Porto

We loved the property in Porto. Easily accessible to sights by walking or a quick Uber ride. Irene was fantastic. She responded quickly, nearly instantaneously to requests. Her recommendations for sites and dining options, were perfect. She was a real delight and when we come back to Portugal will hopefully stay at her property.

Very cool

Not what we expected here's why: the place was modern and everything was very efficient and worked perfectly. The wifi, air, washer/drier, etc etc. The neighborhood is very cool but it's not old Porto. Safe and friendly peeps. You can walk to sights in 20 minutes and use the subway to come home (uphill) in 15 minutes. Easy and cheap metro. Lots of really good restaurants that are very good and cheap check out Restaurante Verde Minho (5 min walk) . Full dinner with appetizer, soup, and great wine for $28 €. Also try Augusto with a set menu at just 10.50 € a plate includes wine . Irene is excellent and very efficient. Clean, clean,clean. Only thing was bathroom upstairs but it was all right . Futon couch was not my favorite but the chair was comfy . Just book it and you'll love it.

Schöne Wohnung

Sehr schön anzusehende Wohnung, liegt relativ zentral zur Altstadt ist fußlĂ€ufig in 20-30 min zu erreichen. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel optimal. Bushaltstelle ist unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Metrostation Marques ist ebenfalls auf gleichem Höhenniveau in 5 min zu erreichen. Der Aufstieg aus der Altstadt ist somit hinfĂ€llig ;-) Technische Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok. Heizung und Klima funktionieren sehr gut, Fenster schließen super, lassen aber den StraßenlĂ€rm fast ungefiltert durch. Leider benötigt man also die Vorliebe bei geschlossenem schlafen zu können. Das ist tatsĂ€chlich Schade. Die Agentur, also Irene ist einfach super engagiert und bei allen Fragen sehr hilfreich.

Experience Porto!

If you want to experience a traditional neighborhood, this apartment is a great choice. It’s approximately a 30 minute walk down to the Douro River and central area. Public transportation is nearby, but when we travel to European cities,we prefer to live among locals and explore area restaurants and shops we most likely would not find if we were in the “ tourist “ locations, so walking is our preferred choice to get around.The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, we were here for 10 days. Irene is the best property manager we have ever delt with,and we travel to Europe and use VRBO every year.She is easy to contact ,gets back to her guests promptly and arranged for a taxi for our return back to Porto Airport. The apartment has a wonderful rooftop deck which is a nice place to start the morning or end the day. The one thing that might be a problem for some is that the bedroom is down a long flight of stairs with no railing, which is something that we felt should be addressed. There is an elevator, and the bedroom has a door which gives access to it, so that makes it easy to transport luggage up and down from the ground floor. This is a small,modern apartment that that is best for two,possibly three adults.Enjoy your stay in this wonderful city!

Relaxing week in Porto

The apartment was nice and clean exactly as we expected. Irene waited for us at the apartment and explained everything we needed. Sge was kind and helpful. We found the bed in the bedroom quite small, and the matress was not the highest standard. We had some problems with the opeartion of the coffee machine but finally it worked. The apartment is ideal for two people but would not recommend it for more. The bathroom was very clean but also very small. The area is quiet, you need to go two metro stations toward the centre so that something would happen, or find places too eat or drink. Apart the minor issues mentioned above we had a lovely time in Porto.

Great Neighborhood

This is one very well done small one bedroom flat/condo in a cool new stylish building It is located in a cool up-and-coming area outside of downtown Porto. It is a beautiful 30 minute walk to the river and old town. The flat is decorated very nicely with every amenity you would need. Irene, the host, is Excellent. The flat is cozy for two persons. The unit does not appear the stated sq. footage of 760 (70 square meters). If you want a stylish, hip flat in an up-and-coming area, this is your place!

Impressive home away from home!

This apartment was such an exceptional find, exceeding our expectations! We were greeted by Irene with smiles and all the info we needed for our unit and the surrounding area upon arrival. Amenities were extremely modern and vast- dishwasher, stove/oven, air conditioning and laundry (so thankful for that). Neighborhood was safe and within walking distance to metro and reasonably close to downtown/river. Highlight was the rooftop terrace which afforded views of the city and surrounding area...perfect for spending time with your favorite beverage and company on a sunny afternoon. Irene was easily accessible and did her best to accommodate our requests as first time guests to Porto. We will be back!
