The Space:
Porto historical building was completely renovated in 2022 and is located in a very good central location close to many historical and cultural attractions, including main attraction locations such as São Bento station, Santa Catarina street and Clérigos tower.

It has all the amenities and comfort you would expect.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table with chairs, a great and comfortable coach, a 160x200 bed and a complete bathroom with a shower basin to serve this bedroom. There is air conditioner and space for storing and keeping your clothes.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the -1 floor raised (elevator) turned to the back in a residential building. It is very quiet, no street noise.

Access is granted by Keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival. We will ask our guests to show their Passports and/or their national identity cards in order to collect and share with the immigration authorities.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception nor someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can schedule your check in in advance.

After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For check-ins between 16:00-20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, we might have to reschedule it.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the city's historic center and nightlife, the area is rich in cultural heritage and services, but also in art and entertainment.

Full of life, interest and novelty, it concentrates Porto's focal points, such as the City Hall, Avenida dos Aliados, the Sé Cathedral, the D. Luís bridge and the magnificent São Bento train station.

Very close to us, at Praça D. João I, you will find the Teatro Rivoli and a few meters away is the Teatro Sá da Bandeira, more dedicated to popular comedies and plays. Monastery of São Bento da Vitória, with the Portuguese Institute of Photography, the headquarters of the University of Porto, Livraria Lello, many second-hand booksellers and other traditional stores.

Well served at the transport level and attached to the tramway, it's where everything happens and where you can see everything else happening, just going up to the magnanimous Torre dos Clérigos. On Rua Passos Manuel, you'll find the Coliseu do Porto, one of the main concert halls in Porto, and its program ranges from popular and classical music concerts to classical ballets.

The centrality, rich in services, with a wide range of offers, whether in restaurants, grocery stores and small shopping centers.

During festive seasons, such as São João or the New Year, Avenida dos Aliados is full of people from various social districts to celebrate, with the presence of stages and other normal infrastructure to complement the celebrations.

Getting Around:
If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.

PRIVATE TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will pick you up at the airport. Meeting point is Restaurant "Cervejaria Portuguesa" at the Arrivals Hall €30 up to 2 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.

METRO
From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get off at Trindade Metro Station and take D line direction Sto Ovidio and you get off in São Bento Station. Once you start walking it’s 5 minutes.

TRAIN
From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) you can take :
Metro Line A in direction to Senhor de Matosinhos, Metro Line B, in direction to Póvoa de Varzim, Metro Line E, in direction to Aeroporto, or Metro Line F, in direction to Senhora da Hora. Get off at Trindade Metro Station (image 1). Once you get out of the station take line D direction Sto Ovidio and get out at São Bento station. Then follow the directions given above to reach the apartment.
