Very central apartment with stunning views of the Douro River and the iconic Serra do Pilar Monastery. It features one comfortable bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for two more guests â perfect for couples, friends, or small families.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals during your stay, and also includes a washing machine for added convenience.

If booking for 2 people but intend to use the folding bed/sofa in the living room, please inform us during the booking process so that we can provide the necessary bed linen - the cost of extra sheets is âŹ25, payable on arrival. Otherwise, we will assume you are a couple and only one bed will be prepared.
. We provide one set of towels per guest, which includes a bath towel and a face towel. We also offer bed linen changes, including towels and sheets, every 7 days. If you want extra towels the cost is âŹ10/set.
. It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost âŹ40/stay).
. Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a cot at a cost of âŹ30 (prior reservation required).

We do everything possible to prevent this situation and kindly ask our guests to help by keeping the doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
- Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will incur an additional charge for the corresponding service;
- In case of non-return of the keys, a fee of âŹ100 will be charged for each pair of keys.
-If during your stay you leave the keys inside the house, an extra fee will be charged according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM: âŹ50; other days/times: âŹ100.
