The Space:

The apartment, with its open-plan design, offers a living area with a Smart TV and dining table, ideal for relaxing and enjoying moments of conviviality. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom also with a double bed, ensuring comfort and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease, and the bathroom has all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. For added comfort, the flat is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV with channels and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests can enjoy exclusive access to the entire flat, which includes a private bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. Feel free to use all the facilities and enjoy your time.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the charming Rua da Picaria, in the heart of Porto, with a privileged location close to countless dining options, shops, and tourist attractions. Just a few steps away, you will find the Aliados metro station (280 metres), São Bento station (7 minutes) and Trindade station (550 metres), making it easy to get around the city and to the airport. Explore the beauty of the city by visiting Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça dos Poveiros and Ribeira, and marvel at the sunset in Jardim do Morro, with stunning views over the Douro River.



Getting Around:

To facilitate your arrival and departure, we offer a transfer service upon request (price upon enquiry). The flat is strategically located near an extensive public transport network, facilitating access to various points in the city and its surroundings.



Other Things to Note:

Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.





The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
