Built in the Mezzanine concept, you will have at your disposal 2 double bedrooms in a duplex style, with one of the bedrooms being a suite. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials and has space for meals; there is a living area and a bathroom with all the amenities for your comfort during your stay. This will be the ideal apartment for couples on vacation, friends, professionals on business, or a weekend getaway in the north of the country.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Avenida de Rodrigues de Freitas, you'll find a peaceful, typically local area with various types of nearby shops: cafes, restaurants, bookstores, antique shops, and pharmacies.

The most convenient public transport option is the Campo 24 de Agosto Metro station, just a 6-minute walk from the apartment.

Porto is a city full of charm, and we recommend taking a stroll down Santa Catarina Street, Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, Galerias de Paris, Praça da Cordoaria, Rua das Flores, and Ribeira. Crossing the Dom Luís I Bridge and watching the sunset at Jardim do Morro with a panoramic view of the Douro River and the most beautiful city in Portugal is truly magical, and you'll be left breathless contemplating all that the Invincible City has to offer.

Bus number 500 is a great option to explore the riverside area of the city. It starts at São Bento Station, passing through Ribeira, the Douro River's waterfront, Foz, the beaches of Matosinhos, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find a variety of fish dishes and typical products from northern Portugal.

The key collection is done at our Welcome Center, located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto, where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the official check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a charge will apply (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – the price is subject to consultation.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of 150€. Any exceeding amount will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow entry of one of our staff members to carry out property inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
