Rua da Lapa is an important and historic street located in the city of Porto, Portugal. It is situated in the parish of Cedofeita, one of the oldest and most central areas of the city.

Close to the apartment, you will find the imposing Church of Lapa, an architectural and religious landmark of the city. The church, dedicated to Our Lady of Lapa, was built in the 18th century and is an excellent example of Portuguese Baroque style. Furthermore, the street is within walking distance of major cultural and leisure areas of Porto, such as Avenida dos Aliados and the Crystal Palace Gardens.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros for smoking will be applied.

If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require the intervention of our team to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the price will be upon request.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a collaborator to carry out an inspection of the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
