The Neighborhood:
Located on Rua D. João IV, you'll be in the heart of the city. Just a few meters away, you'll find the famous Mercado do Bolhão, the most traditional and iconic market in Porto! It's a historic commercial square in a neoclassical building, with vendors offering a wide variety of products for you to try!

Your apartment is a 6-minute walk from the Campo 24 de Agosto Garden and Bus/Metro Terminal, and just 2 minutes from a small supermarket. Surrounding you, there is a variety of restaurants, cafés, and paid parking options. For a taste of traditional Porto cuisine, we recommend the iconic Francesinha at Café Santiago or classic Portuguese dishes at Abadia.

Porto is a city with natural charm, renowned worldwide for its wine, architecture, and culinary delights, offering much to visit and enjoy! Crossing the D. Luís Bridge, one of the most famous bridges in the region, you can taste Porto wine while admiring the view of the Ribeira.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a charge of €200 per hour will apply.

If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring a technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
