The Space:
Enjoy an apartment with industrial décor, offering a cosy double bedroom, ideal for relaxing. The living room, with a comfortable sofa bed, opens onto a balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dining table, and the bathroom offers all the necessary amenities. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in the heart of Porto, in the vibrant Baixa district, the cultural and tourist epicentre of the city. Just a few steps away, you will find the iconic Bolhão Market, a perfect place to experience the local flavours and authentic life of the city. Avenida dos Aliados, with its imposing architecture and lively atmosphere, and the historic Clérigos Tower, with panoramic views, are within walking distance. The area offers a wide range of dining options, from traditional restaurants to charming cafés, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and shops for all your needs. For nightlife, Rua das Galerias de Paris, just a few minutes' walk away, is the ideal place to enjoy bars and entertainment. Bolhão metro station is just 300 metres away, providing easy access to other areas of the city, including Trindade station (8 minutes' walk) with direct connections to the airport and São Bento train station (10 minutes' walk). If you arrive by car, paid parking at Garagem Manuel Passos, 350 metres away, offers a convenient solution.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on enquiry). The flat is strategically located, with easy access to an extensive public transport network. The nearest underground station is just a few minutes' walk away, providing quick and efficient connections to various parts of the city, including the historic centre and the riverside area. For those travelling by car, there is paid parking nearby, although not directly on site. Francisco SĂĄ Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 minutes away by car or 40 minutes by public transport.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of âŹ3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of âŹ40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of âŹ150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
