Comfortable and quiet modern studio, fully equipped so that our guests can make the most of their leisure or business stay. Located opposite the Campanhã train station and metro. The studio apartment has one bedroom and has been completely renovated, combining contemporary design and all the amenities you need to spend unforgettable moments in this beautiful city.

The decoration and design are simple, practical and neutral enough to be appreciated by all cultures that visit us and never forget the typically Portuguese elements.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical building in the area, without an elevator. The studio has a living room with a sofa, furniture and television, a good fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven), dining area with table and 3 chairs. There is a storage room with a washing machine with drying function, as well as an iron, ironing board, drying rack and clothes pegs. You don't need to worry about bringing sheets or towels, we will have everything prepared for you upon arrival. The building does not have a reception, but we are available 24/7 by cell phone and email.

All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in.

After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.

If you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and bathtub for babies, babybath) you must notify us in good time, at least one day before your arrival.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all available facilities.
